Digital Products and Content
E-Books and Investment Guides
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books and downloadable investment guides are generally final and non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered to you. However, we consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing or downloading the purchased content, we will first attempt to resolve these issues. If we are unable to resolve the technical problems within 7 days of your initial report, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will refund the duplicate purchase after verification.
Premium Content and Articles
Individual purchases of premium articles or content are non-refundable once access has been granted. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once you have accessed the material.
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team. When you cancel a monthly subscription:
- You will continue to have access to the subscription service until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
- Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription services, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our subscription service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting our customer support team.
After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the subscription, less a £25 administration fee. Eligibility for prorated refunds is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Free Trial Conversions
If you signed up for a subscription through a free trial offer and did not cancel before the trial period ended, you will be charged for the subscription. In such cases:
- For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period.
- For annual subscriptions, our standard annual subscription refund policy applies, with the 14-day period beginning on the date your free trial converted to a paid subscription.
Online Courses and Webinars
Recorded Courses
For pre-recorded online courses, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 25% of the course material.
Live Webinars and Events
For live webinars and events:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another person or applied to a future event (subject to availability).
Course Bundles
For course bundles or package deals, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, the refund amount will be calculated based on the standard prices of the individual components that you have not accessed or used, less any applicable discount that was applied to the bundle.
Consultation Services
One-on-One Consultations
For scheduled one-on-one investment consultations:
- Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once without penalty (subject to availability).
- If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice ("no-show"), no refund will be provided, and you will not be entitled to reschedule without making a new purchase.
Group Consultations
For group consultation sessions, the same policies apply as for live webinars and events.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@ukinvestmentguide.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address used for the purchase
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Product or service purchased
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
Refund Processing
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card.
- PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
- Bank transfers will be refunded to the originating bank account.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3-10 business days.
